Art is my heart’s delight! Born in the year of the Monkey, I’m forever doing, creating, and painting in diverse art mediums particularly oil and watercolor. My paintings are lush and vibrant and live in homes across our nation, oh and France and Australia too….

Life has been mostly kind to me apart from some rough spots here and there.  I’ve doodled and I’ve drawn since I was a child and  remember spending long hours drawing my youngest sister who would patiently hold still for me while I practiced and practiced drawing her.

Entering the planet in California, I loved the ocean and beach and Disneyland.  At eight years,  we traded living next to the coast for a cool swimming pool in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona.  My love for teaching took off when I gave swimming lessons to neighbor kids in my pool.  Many years later I opened my own art school in Evergreen Colorado and for 14 years taught thousands and thousands of children, teens and adults how to draw and paint.  At the end of that wildly successful artful journey, I moved back to my “native” state where I live today – next to the seashore in Malibu, where the air is soft and my paintings take days and days and days to dry.
